nping --- ethernet request

Trying to send the following ethernet request via the nping.exe:

nping.exe --source-mac 00-02-b3-26-42-09 --dest-mac 00-02-b3-16-7e-41 --ether-type 0x88e1

but got this message:

WARNING: No targets were specified, so 0 hosts pinged.

But I think have target defined by "--dest-mac" option, as far as I understand this:

What am i doing wrong?
