[NSE] Fix of http-enum and http pipelining

Hi all,

I've just committed changes to http-enum, http-fingerprints file and
to http.lua. They should fix an issue listed in todo/nmap.txt (line
156) about pipeline very often reverting to one request at a time.
It'd be nice if someone could test http-enum or other scripts that use
pipeline to see if the problem still occurs.
