Hi,

Dan and I spent some time investigating this. Actually, the latest
patch doesn't introduce a new bug, but revealed another one.

Actually, it might happen that the IOD_REGISTERED flag of an IOD isn't
cleaned when the IOD gets deleted. This indeed causes trouble when
nsi_new() reuses it.

Attached is an updated version of the patch.
Thanks Dan for your precious help!

Regards.

Is there any concern about this latest patch? I'd like to commit it
soon if it's ok.

Regards.

I've been using this patch for the past few days and haven't run into any problems. I'd vote for applying it.

Dan
