[NSE] New scripts broadcast-pppoe-discover, membase-http-info and membase-brute

Hi list,

I just realized that I forgot to announce a bunch of scripts I committed
the other day. They are:
* broadcast-pppoe-discover - Discovers PPPoE servers on the LAN
* membase-http-info - Pulls system information from the membase HTTP-based
service
* membase-brute - Performs password guessing against the membase TAP
protocol
