Hi all,

Accomplishments:
*Made some improvement on packet.lua library.
*Cleaned up some useless code in nmap trunk.
*Created a new branch of nmap in nmap-exp/weilin/nmap-ranges/nmap.
*Created a new branch of nbase in nmap-exp/weilin/nmap-ranges/nbase.
*Updated struct addrset_elem in nbase, adding resloved information in it.
*Updated and added some functions in nbase, so as to support multicast ping.
*Replaced with new TargetGroup class based on addrset, making nmap support
IPv6 range of CIDR style.
*Added more methods and functions, so as to support multicast ping.


Priorities:
*Implement multicast host discovery in nmap.
