Bumping as I haven't yet managed to compile 5.59beta1 on this machine. Does anyone have any ideas what I am doing wrong? I'm not an expert but I have compiled nmap from source for years w/o major issues. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you. No worries. Any other suggestions? I appreciate the reply, btw. One more tidbit. I was able to compile 5.59beta1 on a different suse box correctly. It's libnl files are as follows: ~> dir /usr/lib64/libnl* lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 17 2008-07-15 10:13 /usr/lib64/libnl.so.1 -> libnl.so.1.0-pre5 -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 218K 2007-09-21 12:16 /usr/lib64/libnl.so.1.0-pre5 Seems to have an older version of libnl and yet it still worked. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Can you confirm that you have libnl installed in your system?
