Ncat blocks while an ssl negotiation is taking place

Hi,

I merged back to trunk ncat my nmap-exp ncat-sslhang branch in r25227
that properly fixes the issues with Ncat blocking on pending ssl
negotiations without introducing new bugs or unexpected
behaviours(http://seclists.org/nmap-dev/2011/q2/842).
