[NSE] cvs pserver scripts

Hi,

I noticed that cvs pserver was up on the wiki, so I wrote up some new scripts:
* cvs-brute - attempts to brute force the credentials for cvs pserver
* cvs-brute-repository - attempts to brute the name of possible repositories

The cvs specific stuff is in the attached cvs.lua library.
I've tested it against a pserver running on Ubuntu Linux.
Comments, suggestions?
