Hello,

Accomplishments:
*Got more testing reports of the host discovery scripts.
*Implemented a timeout in the host discovery scripts.
*Added IPv6 packet construction to packet.lua library.
*Improved multicast_echo_ping.nse with the new NSE library.
*Improved slaac_host_discovery.nse with the new NSE library.

Priorities:
*Improve the IPv6 packet construction of the packet.lua library.
*Add IPv6 parsing to packet.lua library.
*Merge the four scripts into one.
*Add support for IPv6 ranges.
