[NSE] snmp-interfaces patch related to mac-geolocation

Hey,

Please find the patch to the snmp-interfaces in the attachment. It's
purpose is adding the mac addresses of the interfaces it discovers to
the nmap.registry.[host.ip]["mac-geolocation"] table, which is then
used by the mac-geolocation script to lookup the MAC addresses in that
table. The table is deleted by the mac-geolocation script once it is
used.

Waiting on confirmation for the commit.
