Hello,

Accomplishments:
1) Finished rewriting portreasons. Waiting for feedback before
committing it.
2) Read a lot of TUF stuff. Figured out how to set up client. Trying to
figure out how to identify files to be updated.

Goals:
1) Finish the more thorough investigation of update systems for David.
2) Get the Firefox source to download and investigate their update
system.
3) Figure out how to identify files which need to be updated.
4) Bug David for another bug to fix or just go pull one off of the todo
list.
