failed to find any open ports

i could not get the port forwarding to work properly....

it goes like this ---- i am downloading several torrent based articles
knowing my ports are working visa via the successful amount of material coming in, i ran a port check test both as a 
scan and specifically for the ports i was using.

your program failed to find any open ports, why would this be?
