How to submit a patch for ncrack?

Hello,

I have just tried out ncrack, thinking "Oh, cool, it can do XML output"
only to find out that it can't at the moment.

So I added some code to make it do XML, stealing xml.cc and xml.h from nmap.

My question is, how do I submit a patch? Preferred format, etc.?
