Absolute Sequence Numbers

Hello all, I am using the ipidseq.nse script as the base for something that I am looking into and I was wondering what I need to do to get the absolute sequence number instead of the relative one. The code that I am looking to change is: table.insert(ipids, packet.u16(layer3, 4)). layer3 is the data from a pcap:pcap_receive(). Also is there anyway that scripts can access scans that nmap is doing? Example if I have a half-open scan going on I'd like my script to be able to get the raw data from that scan so that I can analyze the sequence numbers from that scan. Instead of reconnecting to a host and generating packets in my script.
