Hey,

You can use the --version-intensity argument to set the intensity from 0 (the most likely probes) to 9 (use every
single probe). --version-light sets the intensity to 2, which is a pretty good minimum value.

Hope that helps!

Hi there to all!

I'm trying to limit the used probes @ version scan to a specific
service (ex: smtp), as the -sV sometimes @ some scenarios, fails to
detect the correct service, probing the target with all possible
probes!

Ex: fails to detect some target (for sure a MTA) as smtp service, and
starts to probe the target with other service probes (ex: http ones).

As you know, this can delay the scan too long, and when scanning
massive ranges, it just takes too long!

Anyone with some hint about this?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Best regards!
