For what it's worth, this would be the perfect type of check to go in my http-fingerprints.lua file. It isn't rolled 
into main nmap yet, I haven't had a chance to merge it, but you'll see what I mean when it is.

Just some improvements to better handle redirections vs. pure blank
pages, and a payload to diff between the main phpBB versions.
I've also added a script argument (html-cms.root) so that users can
set the cms root path if needed. Defaults to root (/)
