arp scan on nmap help summary page

Hi folks

Apologies if this is the wrong mailing list but just wondering why arp scan
doesn't seem to be in the nmap help summary. I'm running 5.30beta1
according to http://nmap.org/book/man-host-discovery.html it's listed as PR
but i haven't been able to find any mention of it. Are some options left
out altogether on purpose perhaps?
