Something like this, but with nmap -

ncrack scanme.nmap.org:22 ftp://10.0.0.10 ssh://192.168.1.*:5910

And maybe with multiple ports like nmap scanme.nmap.org:22,80,443
myserver.domain.com:3386,5000

There is a workaround to do it?

Sure, this makes sense, but there's no way to do it with Nmap. The
workaround is to run Nmap more than once.
