Detect open dns services through nse-scripts

Hi,

I edited dns-recursion.nse script in order to flag DNS ports as open
instead of open|filtered.
This was especially useful for me as my dns server was not answering to
Server Status request (so nmap udp payloads were not working for this
case). Still my server was answering to other DNS queries (TXT queries ...)
