Nmap Payload Integration Patch 1

All,

I am sure there will be more to follow... :-)

Attached is the nmap payloads file integration patch.
Apply the patch to current source, deposit the attached nmap-payloads
file into the source directory and build.

Note the XXX comments, I am quite confident for instance that the init
function is probably in the wrong place but my initial test using a
UDP scan *appears* to have worked.
