[NSE] Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) library and scripts

Hi,

I've implemented a library for Microsoft SQL Server and a bunch of scripts. I've documented the library and scripts 
reasonably
and have tested the scripts against Microsoft SQL server 2005. Some of the scripts look for specific information and 
may not
return any results if they don't find what they're looking for.

Additional testing and feedback would be much appreciated!
