unable to complile nmap-sql-3.75

Now that I installed mysql on my computer. Here is my new error when I
install the program
nmap-sql.cc: In function  'void nmap_sql_initialize(sql_options*)':
nmap-sql.cc720: error: 'my_init' undeclared(first use this function)

I attach the config.log file for you guys to see. Thank you for you help.
