Accomplishments:
o Finished some more tests on Version Performance Scanning [1] (David
ran Windows Tests).
o Fixed a bug in nse_nmaplib.cc where code would push items on the
stack of a dead thread without ensuring stack space was available.
o Finished working version of caching for http library.


Priorities:
o Polish caching implementation.
o Work on Spider Script.
