Scripts with transparent SSL support at nmap-dev

Hello Guys,

I've just committed a few scripts with transparent SSL support to
nmap-dev branch.

The list of scripts which were checked in is:
irc-info.nse
telnet-brute.nse
smtp-commands.nse
smtp-open-relay.nse
pop3-brute.nse
pop3-capabilities.nse
sql-injection.nse

The list of libs that were modified to support SSL connections on the
above mentioned scripts is:
comm.lua
pop3.lua
