Hi,

Hi Chris,

I tried compiling 4.90RC1 on FreeBSD 7.0, 7.2 and -CURRENT (8) and
have the same result on all. ./configure works ok (or at least
completes without error), but make errors out with:

I've compiled on FreeBSD from SVN sources several times before, though
it's been at least a few months since I've done so.

If I can provide any more information, or try something different, or
provide access to a test box to assist in resolving, I'm glad to do
so. Please CC me or email me off list as I'm not subscribed.

I'm not a *BSD user, but I think you have to use gmake instead of make in this
instance.

thanks,
Chris
