Accomplishments:
- Included ssl support on http.lua using tryssl
- Started testing new methods on open proxy detection (google search,
multiple server requests)
- Started fixes for new table argument syntax support
- Fixed fragmentation problem at ssh1.lua
- Included ssl support on sql-injection.nse using tryssl

Priorities:
- Finish fixes for new table argument syntax support
- Include ssl support using tryssl to banner.nse, ms-sql.nse and mysql-info.nse
- Check with fyodor for new priorities
- Keep going with http.lua new features
