I move that we adopt Daniel's listen-mode patch, because ncat-listen
also had a refactoring of --exec that I don't think is worth it.

I ended up selectively merging a couple of revisions from ncat-listen
because I had also made some test and documentation changes. This is
committed now.

I also updated the examples in the Ncat Users' Guide for the new default
behavior of --listen and the --keep-open option.
