Hi all,

Accomplishments:

* Sign and send Nmap copyright docs
* Discussed a Few topics during NSE meeting
* Defined first steps
* Started studying LUA and NSE
* Finished basic development environment setup
* Started a list of webservices that are going to be tested in the future

Priorities:

* Open proxy detection
* Test SSL Support on Scripts
* Setup test environment for both tasks above
* Organize topics I want to discuss on the next NSE meeting
* Define a TODO list to be accomplished before May 23
