Nmap OS fingerprint changes stable?

Just a quick question... I know that work was being performed on refining the OS fingerprint flags and methodology. Is that work finalized enough that large fingerprint submissions are a good idea or should I wait? The reason I ask is that I finally got back to work on a project that uses Kris Katterjohn's ruby based Nmap::Parser library [1]. One of the tools parses the nmap's xml output in a directory and prints the fingerprints of unknown services and/or operating systems. If the new nmap OS fingerprint changes are stable I will perform some network scans and submit the results. If not, I will hold off until the work is ready.
