Until then, you can find such a rss feed on ack-rst.com : feed your
reader with http://ack-rst.com/rss.php

It's updated by parsing http://nmap.org/dist/ directly, so it's actually
the "stable-enough-for-a-public-release". In other words, the releases
anouncements on this list.

This feed gives 3 separate links :
- - Changelog (what's new in this 4.X version)
- - Download the latest Linux version (tarball)
- - Download the latest Windows version (setup)
