[NSE script] updated rpcinfo.nse

Hi,

I've updated the rpcinfo nse script to use the new pack/unpack functions, to use the tab library and added more documentation.

I've also fixed a bug where the script wouldn't wait for further packets when it hasn't received the full answer yet.
The script requires the addrow() patch for the tab library.

Cheers,
Sven
