All ports open error?

Hello Nmap crew. :D

I'll start by saying: Sorry for my English, i haven't been using it
for a long time, but i hope you'll be able to understand it.

I'm running Windows Vista 32 bit with this wireless card:
"Intel(R) Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN". I have tried nmap version 4.20
to 4.51 beta and have tried the 2 latest WinPcap drivers, but the
problem is still there.

When i do a standard command like:
nmap -sS 192.168.1.1 (my router). It says that all 65000 ports are
open. I first thought it was something wrong with the router, but if i
scan hosts like: Google, yahoo, ebay etc. i have the same problem.
Even if i specify the ports i want to scan with the -p command and
shut down my firewall, the same thing happens. I've tried almost every
different command with the same result and all the TCP, SYN, ARC etc
scans does the same thing. The "Run as administrator" also don't work.

I just recently installed the zenmap GUI to see if that made any
difference, but i'm getting the "getinterfaces: intf_loop() failed"
which i also had with the nmap v. 4.11.

Also every time i scan a host, and get all the open ports, my internet
connection is lost for about 5 mins.

I've searched google pretty much but didn't find any solutions for the
problem, so i chose to email you. I hope it's not just a n00b problem
that could be fixed with a little knowledge about nmap.

I have taken a picture of it, if you don't fully understand what i'm saying:

Greeting from Roland, Denmark.

Oh.. And merry Christmas and a happy New Year! :D
