OK, we are almost there! I just posted Nmap 4.49RC7, which only has two small changes since RC6. Unless a show-stopping problem is found, I'll just bump the version number and release this as 4.50 tomorrow or Wednesday. So this is your last chance to try it out! Please report any problems immediately to nmap-dev. Here are the files: http://download.insecure.org/nmap/dist/nmap-4.49RC7.tar.bz2 http://download.insecure.org/nmap/dist/nmap-4.49RC7-setup.exe http://download.insecure.org/nmap/dist/nmap-4.49RC7-win32.zip http://download.insecure.org/nmap/dist/nmap-4.49RC7-1.src.rpm http://download.insecure.org/nmap/dist/nmap-4.49RC7-1.i386.rpm http://download.insecure.org/nmap/dist/nmap-4.49RC7-1.x86_64.rpm http://download.insecure.org/nmap/dist/zenmap-4.49RC7-1.noarch.rpm http://download.insecure.org/nmap/dist/nmap-4.49RC7.tgz And here are the changes since 4.49RC6: o A Zenmap crash was fixed. Scanning once, then scanning another target on the same scan tab caused an ImportError ("list index out of range") in zenmapGUI/ScanNotebook.py. Joao Medeiros reported the bug. [David] o Updated a couple of version detection signatures due to problem reports by Lionel Cons. [Doug] Enjoy!
