majek's pcap patch

I have applied majeks's patch to NSE which allows you to craft your  
own packets. For now it is in my experimental branch svn:// 
svn.insecure.org/nmap-exp/diman - once the soc07 release of nmap is  
somewhat stabilized it will be merged there also. You're welcome to  
give the two pcap based scripts p0f.nse and promiscuous.nse a try.
