Well, the log file name is saved when processing command line argument, e.g.
'-oN myscan' saves "myscan" to be opened later, which means it's done before
the target processing.  So, briefly thinking about it, that means that the
log file processing would have to be reordered/redone for something that
would be pretty much useless when scanning multiple targets.  While it may
be good when scanning a single host, I don't think it's worth the additional
code change.
