Universal binary installer for Nmap 4.11

For anyone who's interested, I've compiled Nmap 4.11 as a universal  
binary and created a Mac installer package.

So you can now install the latest version of Nmap on PPC or Intel  
Macs without using either fink or XCode - eg. a non-developer set up.
