Filtering options

Hello,

I have been authorized by my company to scan for active host within our 
network.  One problem that I am having is that "filtered" hosts are 
output also.

Interesting ports on 10.13.92.252:
PORT    STATE    SERVICE
445/tcp filtered microsoft-ds

In the above case Nmap is unable to determine if a port is actually open 
or not.  Is there some way to filter out the filtered machines so I only 
get the "open" results?

Interesting ports on 10.15.182.121:
PORT    STATE SERVICE
445/tcp open  microsoft-ds
MAC Address: 00:13:72:70:BD:50 (Dell)
