broken --initial-rtt-timeout?

# nmap localhost --initial-rtt-timeout=100ms --max-rtt-timeout=100ms -d

Hmm. I specified 100ms but timeout was set to 100*1000 ms :)

Or maybe I'm missing something?

This was on nmap 4.03. 4.20 has the same issue.
