I tried running Nmap with --max-parallelism 2 but it still reports all
the ports it scans as open. Using latest version of Nmap...

I use roadrunner and I've actually had this problem for quite a
while, and I blamed
it on my paranoid firewall rules and other network options I have for

time. To counter the problem, I found that using --max-parallelism 2
prevents
the problem from occurring for me. If anyone else can pin it on road
runner,
I would find that to be very interesting.

nmap 4.01 on OS X 10.4.6
(will test on 4.03 later tonight)
