| I think I may have discovered a bug nmap 3.81 - wasn't sure whether | nmap-hackers or nmap-dev was a better place for this, so I've opted | for here. When issuing a scan specifying either a single port or | multiple ports with the '-p' flag, there's a connection made and then | quickly reset to the destination host on port 80. | <snip> I believe that is nmap doing it's TCP ping of the host. Try using -P0, which tells nmap not to ping the host before scanning.
