[PATCH] Description

Hi

As I was translating the output section of the spanish version of the
new reference guide I noticed that the XML could be improved a little
bit. I thought about adding a description tag where the user can
describe the scan s/he is doing. I added the option -oD <description> to
the latest available nmap, 3.93. I'm attaching a patch here, hope you
like it (or that's at least useful).
