[...] Personally I like this much better than the hardcoded list, especially since some of the IANA-RESERVED has been released to normal blocks in the past. IMHO most of the hardcoded blocks (that aren't plain invalid but just reserved - or hostile targets ;-) should be moved out from the code and put into a file like this. I haven't tried the patch though.
