Pre-release of nPulse v0.40 and a new developers page

Hello Again,

Due to the large number of excellent suggestions and the fast upgrade cycle
of nPulse, I've created an "nPulse Developers/Testers Web Page" at

  http://www.horsburgh.com/h_npulsedev.html

This page gives those of you who want the latest and greatest version the
ability to download the pre-release versions. That way I won't be clogging
up this mailing list with every new maintenance or pre-release version
announcement!

New features of v0.40p1 (pre-release 1) include SSL support, device
sorting, ping sweeps, multi-user capability, new device icons, and more...

For those who do not know, nPulse is a web-based network monitoring tool
that uses NMAP as its core network engine. It is available for a free
download at http://www.horsburgh.com in the downloads section.

As always, I continue to look for comments, suggestions, and feedback!

Thanks,
 -- Steve
