I'd sure like to know what they mean when they say in article 2: "...when committed intentionally (6) the access to the whole or any part of a computer system without right." by the word "right". No where in the document do the clearly describe what they mean by "without right". If I ping another system on the net have I accessed it? yes. Was it "without right"? If you don't want your systems pinged, then I guess you could decide it was "without right". What if i fat fingered the ip address & pinged the wrong system? If you follow the reference (6) it covers just about everything, including fat fingers. one other "question". Who elected these people anyway? b;) ps. I think I just might be able to slip by article 10 as I understand that you may copy small portions of copyrighted material.... (c:
