Wifi Carrier Off-load (T-Mobile ? )

Hello,

Is there any one here on Nanog list that has experience or information on how to setup T-Mobile Wifi Carrier Off-load ? 
(Passpoint), for enterprise use ?

(I am familiar with and working with Google Orion, I am needing to do the same for T-Mobile)

Will greatly appreciate any or all info.
