I did a little bit of searching and didn't come up with anything about retired IRRs either. It might’ve been Internic or something like that as well. Does anyone have any recollection of this? My Google searching for “retired routing registries” or “ historic routing registries“ seems to fail, But the list of which were in existence at one point or another seems like the kind of thing I’d expect somebody to keep on a webpage somewhere.
