I thought the HGIC (Head Ghoul In Charge) had cancelled all the elections in New Zealand and declared herself to the 
new Dictator Ghoul In Charge until ousted by violent uprising by the peasants?  Has there been an uprising to oust the 
Head Ghoul via bullet-to-the-brain that was not reported in the socialist media?
