The question is whether to _improve_ its usability / accessibility, and the tradeoffs involved in doing so. While you may find some of those present tradeoffs “silly”, they have real legal basis and thus cannot be simply discarded but must be carefully considered. (As noted earlier on this thread, there is such an analysis going on presently and we’ll hear about its findings in a session at NANOG this coming Monday.)
