Spirit/PalMettoNet Contact

Does anyone have a contact over at Spirit Communications and/or PalmettoNet? 

I’ve been trying to reach someone there to gather some information about their Transport and Transit services and have 
emailed and called all the contacts listed here - https://www.spiritcom.com/partner/carrier?t=meet-the-team with no 
success.

Any help is appreciated.
