Contractor in Sydney - Australia area for RFC/loop tests

Can anyone recommend a contractor in the Australia - Sydney area that can do some line tests, so RFC, loop and power 
measurements at a local datacenter at fairly short notice?


Our NOC is a bit in a tight spot and is looking for options.
